After 20 years practicing psychotherapy in varied environments around the world, I have come to the conclusion that online Skype Therapy & Life Coaching, (offering one to one sessions via Skype to clients that have difficulty accessing therapy in the normal way), is hugely beneficial

You may travel for work, live as an expatriate in a remote country, have an impossible schedule, have physical mobility problems, phobias debilitation etc...there are so many reason why we don't have time, or ability to see a therapist in person
Skype Video Consultations offer a convenient and practical alternative when face-to-face therapy is not possible. It means you can consult a psychotherapist from wherever you are. All you need is a broadband connection and a webcam.
It is not at all essential to be in the same room as your therapist, if you have private access to a computer, download Skype for free and you can be transported into a therapeutic environment.
