Why become a registered member?
At ePsychotherapist your well being and safety is our priority.
We want to make sure that it is you who logs in to the site
and no one else. Membership allows us to verify and protect
your privacy. We will only ask you for basic information
when you register but enough so that we can verify your
identity in future. This information will not be passed
on to any third parties.
Once you contact a therapist any information about yourself
you share with your therapist remains between the two of
you and is not accessible to ePsychotherapist or any third
party. See our privacy policy.

How much does it cost?
Membership is free.

How do I register?
Complete the online registration form. We will then send
you an email with your membership details.

What happens after I have registered?
Once you receive your membership confirmation details by
email you can log in. Once logged in you can browse the
therapists directory and choose the therapist you would
like to work with. Then you can choose the service you would
like to use. Then you proceed to the booking process and
pay the therapist directly for the service you have chosen.
Once that is complete your chosen therapist sends you an
email and arranges a time suitable for both of you to consult.

What service do I choose?
In-Office Consultation: you send an email to the therapist with whom you would like to work.
The therapist’s email address will appear by their entry in the Directory. The email need
only be brief, giving your name and contact details. Feel free to include any other information
you feel may be helpful. You will then receive a reply from the therapist, which may then be
followed up by a brief telephone call arranging a time to meet and the fees for the initial consultation.
Before starting regular psychotherapy sessions, it is usual for the therapist and client to meet for an initial consultation.
This provides an opportunity for the client to explore whether psychotherapy would be suitable for them and also
to raise any questions they may have. It also gives you the opportunity to decide whether, having met the therapist,
you feel they are someone with whom you would feel comfortable working.

How does the Dream Interpretation service work?
Once you have selected and paid for the Dream interpretation service and returned the preconsultation
document, your therapist will respond with a concise personal interpretation of your dream that will not
exceed 500 words. All consultations are answered within 5 working days of submission.
The Dream Interpretation Professional includes follow-up with the therapist by email. If you wish to
explore any of the issues raised in the dream interpretation more deeply, the therapist will enter into
further correspondence up to a maximum of 2 e-mail exchanges each.

How do I make an appointment for a Skype video consultation?
Once you have selected and paid for the Skype consultation service and returned the preconsultation document,
your therapist will offer a choice of different appointment times to choose from via email. Simply return the
email with your chosen appointment time.

How do I attend my Skype video consultation?
